Step 1: Select Entity Type


Select your entity type below and gather the required documents listed below your selection of entity.
(Note if you have been in business less than 2 years or if your business is not showing significant revenues, you’ll need to provide personal financials and a person credit report regardless of being setup as a corporation or LLC)
Individuals icon

Individuals

You’ll need to gather the following:
  • 1 Two years personal tax returns.
  • 2 Three months bank statements.
  • 3 Recent credit report.
  • 4 If you do not have a recent one, you can do so on any major credit report site. We use MyFico.com.

Partners

You’ll need to gather the following:
  • 1 Two years personal tax returns, for each partner.
  • 2 Three months bank statements, for each partner and/or business bank statements.
  • 3 Partnership Agreement.
  • 4 Recent credit report, for each partner.
  • 5 If you do not have a recent one, you can do so on any major credit report site. We use MyFico.com.

Corporations/LLC's

You’ll need to gather the following:
  • 1 Two years business tax returns.
  • 2 Three months business bank statements.
  • 3 Articles of Incorporation, Management Agreement.

(Note: All of these required documents will be submitted in Step 3)
