Our history
Our founder and principal broker, Jason Keyz, is a serial entrepreneur who has owned and operated numerous companies over the past 21 years. Over those years, Jason consistently sought the advice and guidance of numerous real estate professionals. Although there are many honest real estate agents and brokers, Jason was continually let down by those he came in contact with for various reasons.
Fueled by this frustration and his desire to provide investors, landlords, and business owners with a reliable, available, trustworthy, and knowledgeable real estate advisory and marketing team, Jason founded Keyz Commercial. The company prioritizes its clients’ needs over any income goals. Jason is known for advising his clients not to purchase a building or accept an offer when it’s not in their best interest, rather than closing a deal to earn a quick commission, as is common among many agents and brokers.
